In this global economy, language difficulties and cultural skills are rarely addressed in the workplace. I have found that this work is not only in demand, but is necessary to improve communications abilities among globally situated companies and universities.
I help clients through one on one counseling- in person and via zoom. I offer insight into individual vocal issues and body habits that can block communication. Many of these issues are based on previous trauma. Through somatic awareness practices and talk therapy, I can help identify and correct these blocks and offer training towards becoming confident and secure in oneself and more impactful in interpersonal and in presentational communication skills.
